This patient had a tooth extracted and had an implant placed by an oral surgeon. After the placement of the implant, the surgeon placed a "healing cap". The patient then presented to Dr. Geller where he removed the healing cap and placed a custom abutment which connects the implant with the crown. An impression was taken and sent to the laboratory to create the final crown. The final crown was then cemented over the abutment.

This patient had a tooth extracted and had an implant placed by an oral surgeon. Dr. Geller created a custom abutment that did not have any metal to connect with the all-porcelain crown. Notice the contours and healthy appearance of the gum tissue where the crown emerges from.

This patient had two teeth extracted by an oral surgeon. Dr. Geller placed one metal and one zirconia abutment. The zirconia abutment allows for a more natural look when esthetics are a concern.

This patient had a tooth extracted and had an implant placed by an oral surgeon. After the placement of the implant, the surgeon placed a "healing cap". The patient then presented to Dr. Geller where he removed the healing cap and placed a custom abutment with an all porcelain crown.

This patient had a three teeth extracted by an oral surgeon and presented with a very challenging case. No bone grafting procedure was performed so there was a deficiency in the bone level. Dr. Geller and the lab created a custom abutment which had pink porcelain added to mimic the gum tissue. The patient did not have a high smile line so it was not noticeable to the average person.

This patient had all of her teeth extracted at a very young age adn had both upper and lower dentures. When teeth are missing for a long period of time, the existing bone shrinks and the dentures become loose. This patient had difficulty keeping the denture in her mouth. Two implants were placed by an oral surgeon. Dr. Geller created new dentures for the patient that had attachments inside the lower denture. These attachments snap onto the the implants inside the patient's mouth creating a nice, tight fitting denture.

These are before and after photos of the previous patient. New dentures were created with the lower denture attaching to two implants. The patient was extremely satisfied.
