This patient presented with missing permanent teeth, which never developed in his mouth. His main concern was being able to smile. The patient underwent a "gum surgery" also known as crown lengthening and 8 crowns and veneers. He was so excited with his new smile.

He attempted to whiten his teeth but was unhappy with the results as the two front teeth did not whiten as well as he hoped. It was decided that 4 veneers would solve the whitening concern and help give a uniform shape to his 4 front teeth. You couldn't wipe the smile away from his face after he left the office.
