Dental Patient Information – Novi, MI
New Patients, Valuable Information
Want to be better prepared when visiting JMG Dentistry? That’s great to hear! We want you to feel ready and confident the moment you walk through our doors. But even if you’re not, don’t worry! Our team is here to welcome you and answer any questions you might have. But before your big day, make sure to review the following information, as this will give you further insight into what you can expect during your first visit, any new patient forms you must complete, as well as dental insurance and available financing.
Your First Dental Visit
The first visit involves being greeted by a member of our team before returning to a treatment room where we’ll take digital X-rays of your smile before a hygienist completes a voice-activated periodontal chart via a Florida Probe. From there, we’ll determine the type of cleaning you need (i.e., prophy vs. SRP) based on the findings with Dr. Geller. We’ll then begin SRP (scaling and root planing) or adult prophy with the help of the hygienist before completing treatment. Dr. Geller will then review the X-rays and perform an intraoral exam before presenting any findings.
New Patient Forms
Save time by filling out your new patient forms in the comfort of your own home. Simply download the forms by clicking the link below and fill them out at your earliest convenience. Make sure to bring them with you to your appointment so that you can spend less time in the waiting room and more time visiting with our team in the treatment chair.
Dental Insurance Welcome
At JMG Dentistry, we are pleased to be in-network with Delta Dental Premier. If you have a dental insurance policy with this company, we will work to maximize your benefits and help you get the most out of your plan. But even if you’re not enrolled with Delta Dental Premier, you can still receive the same high-quality dental care while also working with a team that will help you save as much as possible during each visit.
CareCredit Financing Available
If you can’t afford to pay the entire amount upfront, or you’re preparing for a treatment that is not covered by dental insurance, you can apply for low or no-interest financing through CareCredit. With no surprise fees, you can feel more confident spreading out your payments over several months.
